Executive Limousine is a family-owned business owned and operated by Jed and Shanell Proctor. We serve the entire Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington metro area for all occasions and events.

Our goals are to provide you with superior service, door to door with the utmost elegance in transportation. We will make your trip as safe and memorable as possible. All of our limousines are QVM certified; this means they are the safest limousines available.

Our Chauffeurs are professional and courteous with safe driving records. All of our vehicles are fully insured so you will have nothing to worry about on your special day.

Extra Services:

On advanced request and for no additional charge we offer these services:

• Decorations for birthday, weddings, retirement parties, etc
• Picture of your party in front of the limousine with our Nikon D50 camera, we then send you a complimentary 5x7 picture.

Deposits:

When making reservations we do ask for a credit card to take a deposit to insure your reservation. We accept checks if they are received within 3 business days of reservation.

Terms and Conditions:

• All deposits are NON refundable within 3 weeks of event. A reservation is not guaranteed without a deposit.
• Executive Limousine cannot guarantee any additional time that has not been prescheduled.
• You have chartered a NON-SMOKING vehicle. If smoking occurs, service will be terminated and no refund will be issued. A $300 fee, payable upon request, will be charged for the steam cleaning of the vehicle.
• The carrying of a concealed weapon by a client is strictly prohibited, without prior authorization from management.
• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100 for each carpet or seat burn. Motion sickness and/or excessive spills or stains, may result in a $300 cleaning fee. A $35 fee will be charged for each broken or missing decanter, and a $5 fee will be charged for each missing or broken glass. All charges are payable upon request.
• The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited by law and will result in the immediate termination of service, with possible criminal prosecution, with no refund given. Any fines will be paid by the customer.
• In the event of any violation of this contract, or any other circumstances that threaten the safety of the vehicle, passengers, other drivers or Chauffeur, service may be terminated. The Chauffeur may request that one, or all of the passengers, exit the limousine without consideration of financial compensation or refund.
• The use or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited by any passenger under the age of 21, or service will be terminated, and no refund issued. Proof of age must be presented to the Chauffeur, upon request.
• Executive Limousine and its employees, assume no liability for personal belongings or valuables left in the vehicle.
• Clients and their guests agree to maintain acceptable personal conduct at all times.
• Executive Limousine is not responsible for traffic and weather delays.
• Executive Limousine is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
• Balance to be paid to the Chauffeur on the run date after the event if paid by credit card or upon Chauffeurs arrival if paid by cash.
• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• Monday through Thursday there is a 2 hour minimum, Friday and Saturday there is a 3 hour minimum unless otherwise prearranged.
